The Basic Portrait Procedure

I will first discuss with you your ideas and desires for the portrait and schedule a photo session at your home or other specified location. It is very helpful for you to communicate as many ideas and feelings as possible at this time. This might include such things as preferences in style and mood, clothing choices and special background features. All of these will ultimately help me in creating a portrait that you will treasure for years to come. I am also happy to use a favorite photo that you may already have.

After your photo session, I will select a photo that I feel would become the nicest portrait and begin work. A 25% deposit is accepted at the photo session before the studio work is begun.

When the portrait is completed, I will contact you to make arrangements for the delivery of your portrait. Framing input is given upon request.
